You’re young, you’re adventurous, you’re invincible, You’re Out There, in the landscape.
You’re Out There.
In the landscape.
Join theatre company Mortal Fools this Summer, during Great Northumberland, for an outdoor theatre walk wearing silent disco headphones to hear stories and performances about what it’s like to be out there; young and living in Northumberland today.
Do you remember what it was like to be young? Or maybe you are growing up in Northumberland right now, exploring the wide world for the first time, discovering your rural landscape, fringed by urban adventures, full of the excitement of not knowing what might happen next. This story is about you.
Out There takes you on a guided scenic rural route along Prudhoe’s riverside wearing silent disco style headphones to hear stories performed by Northumberland young people along the way.
This one-off outdoor theatre production set against the backdrop of the lush Northumberland countryside will tell the stories of today’s Northumberland young people through beautiful text, visuals, sound with performances by young people from the Tyne Valley. You will discover how young people feel about coming from Northumberland; a place where they live, grow, explore and find out where there are going next.
Tickets are free but pre-bookable as spaces are limited. (A £3 refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking)
